Back Squat [Video]
Complete 5 sets of 3 Back Squats at 75-80% of 1rep.
Add #5-10 from last week.

Conditioning
AMRAP in 20 Minutes:
• Run 200 meters
• 5 Power Cleans
• 10 Lateral Barbell Burpees
• 15 Wall Ball Shots (#30/20)

Women: #105/115/125
