Amplify Endurance is a specialized running and endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness, and endurance for sports potential and race preparation. It can also be an ideal compliment to anyone’s generalized CrossFit training.
Endurance training is an excellent program for local athletes looking to shave times or simply for those of you looking to fine tune your run mechanics. It will focus primarily on running, but can also be applied to biking and swimming as well.
Amplify Endurance will focus on biomechanics, injury prevention, and mileage/programming implementation. We focus on quality of training, not quantity.
The mechanics of running technique might change your perception of running. It makes running safer and more efficient. Think about it, if you’re good at something, you like to do it!

The Amplify Endurance coaching is done remotely. Much of the work and workouts are done on your own time; the program meets the needs of busy personal schedules.
We will set up to meet for an evaluation and discussion of goals and Amplify Endurance, and also create a remote coaching program that will utilize online discussions. Times and data will drive workouts and recovery. Our website, email, and social media will serve as “meeting places” where post-workout interaction can take place.
Workout groups may also become available for those looking to train with others. These will depend on interest and personal schedules.
Amplify members will tie the Endurance coaching into their monthly membership. Non-members are welcome as well. Cost is dependent on level of coaching involved.
